Fees Other Than the Price of Goods/Services
- For Users (individuals or organizations that provide support):
– Telecommunication charges for internet connection and data use. - For Beneficiaries (e.g., lodging facilities, restaurants, tourism-related businesses operated by corporate entities, or individual staff engaged in such entities’ operations):
– Telecommunication charges; and the following fees:
– Platform Usage Fee: 9% of the support amount.
– Payment Processing Fee: Currently 3.0% of the support amount + JPY 10 per transaction for credit cards and wallet payments (e.g., Google Pay, Apple Pay).
– Fees are subject to change in accordance with the Terms of Service and any notices on the checkout screen.

Payment Methods
Credit card and other payment methods displayed at checkout (e.g., Google Pay, Apple Pay). Payment is processed online at the time of purchase.
Payment Due Date
At the time of purchase (online immediate settlement).
Cancellations / Refunds
Cancellations are not accepted after purchase confirmation.
Refunds are not available except where attributable to the beneficiary or in other cases separately determined by the Company, and as otherwise provided in the Terms of Service.

Tax treatment related to support transactions is the sole responsibility of Users and Beneficiaries. The Company makes no representations regarding individual tax positions. Please also refer to the Terms of Service and related policies.
Terminology Consistency Note
The terms used here—“Users” and “Beneficiaries”—correspond to the definitions in the Terms of Service. Support is a direct contract between Users and Beneficiaries; the Company is not a party to such contracts.
